Kris Dielman Ejected From The Game For "Punching" Tamba Hali

Kris Dielman is a tough player. He might even be a little nasty. But Dielman isn't a dirty player. The guy plays hard; he'll hit you exactly 25% harder than you hit him - that's just how he rolls. Dielman has earned his reputation for being a guy who likes to mix it up. He'll punish you if he has the chance. That's the M.O. of a good offensive lineman, right? But today Dielman was victimized by own reputation; ejected from the game for "punching" Tamba Hali after the defensive end stripped Philip Rivers and recovered the fumble:

How many of these referees are going to keep their jobs at end of the season?

unbelievable...the ref should have to pay Dielman for loss of wages if there is any...

Obviously a ridiculous call. I'm really getting tired of some plays that can make a big difference in a game not challengeable. Every single call a ref makes should be challengable. PERIOD! Had Norv been able to challenge his call, at least a committee would decide if that truly was a personal foul (which it wasn't or simply Dielman pulling away from the guy holding him.

Chargers game in week 2 or 3 (broncos) got screwed..
(Bailey "stripped the ball after our reciever was all ready down.. and the whole "fumble play"
This last game against the chiefs, a delay of game penalty to my bolts because the center couldn't hear rivers.. should not have been called.. i believe if a home crowd distracts the opposing teams offense, The home team loses field posistion. that would end that shit quick.. or at least giver the Center the same headset the Qb/Coach share to make sure it doesn't happen again.

NFL refs suck, and i am so close to giving it up, but i love my bolts so much. it hasn't been just the bolts who have been screwed this year.

At least in the NHL a bad call can be made, and It can be redeemed later. (for the most part)
i am petitioning either new refs, or a new Comissioner

"i believe if a home crowd distracts the opposing teams offense, The home team loses field posistion."

LOL fucking comedy. Dude, that would backfire on the Bolts considering the fact that most home crowds are for the opposing team. Oops...

You do realize the headset in the helmet isnt a walkie talkie, right? Rivers cant yell back "Fuck you Norv! I'm going deep on this one!!", much less bark a snap count to the center.

Just give it up, its what most fair weather SD fans do anyway...

Rob, we need that FORUM!! =]

i am getting tired of the "blinders- on" officiating. everytime they get together for thier liitle conferences, they need to consider the outcome of thier calls. that's why in this instance, when the coach cannot challenge, just mosey on over to the instant replay booth for a second look to make sure the call is correct.

this is the 21st century, lets make the best use of the technology, instead of ignoring it.

peace out
