what was Marty's coaching record?
they say Marty couldn't win in the playoffs, so that's why he was let go. but what good is a playoff winning coordinator, if he can't even get to the post season?

my point, at least Marty gave us a chance at the post season. and with the chargers, he wasn't going to lose forever, but now we'll never know. and it's going to be a long time, with our current coach, before we see the post season again.

You make a great point Arnie. Say what you will about Marty, but the man always had his team ready to play.
