You missed Antonio Garay, Eric Ghiaciuc, and Marques Harris all three will be RFA's due to uncapped year. I believe Clary is also a RFA. And this was about UFA's and RFA's, but we have two Exclusive Rights FA's too -- Applewhite and Tolbert.

Here is some information I found about Tender amounts for RFA's (appears we'd have to dish out good money but money should be less than market value if we cannot get long term deals done):

TENDERS FOR RFAs WITH 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE:
Original draft pick compensation (based on what round the player was selected): $1,101,000
Second-round tender: $1,684,000
First-round tender: $2,396,000
First- and third-round tender: $3,043,000

TENDERS FOR RFAs WITH 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE:
Original draft pick compensation (based on what round the player was selected): $1,176,000
Second-round tender: $1,759,000
First-round tender: $2,521,000
First- and third-round tender: $3,168,000

TENDERS FOR RFAs WITH 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE:
Original draft pick compensation (based on what round the player was selected): $1,226,000
Second-round tender: $1,849,000
First-round tender: $2,621,000
First- and third-round tender: $3,268,000

Compare RFA Tenders to Franchise Tags:
Official NFL franchise tag numbers for 2010
CORNERBACK: $9.566 million (franchise), $8.056 million (transition)

DEFENSIVE END: $12.398m, $10.193m

DEFENSIVE TACKLE: $7.003m, $6.353m

LINEBACKER: $9.680m, $8.373m

OFFENSIVE LINE: $10.731m, $9.142m

PUNTER/KICKER: $2.814m, $2.629m

QUARTERBACK: $16.405m, $14.546m

RUNNING BACK: $8.156m, $7.151m

SAFETY: $6.455m, $6.011m

TIGHT END: $5.908m, $5.248m

WIDE RECEIVER: $9.521m, $8.651m

The franchise tag is an average of the top five salaries at a position for the 2009 season. (Or, in the case of "exclusive" franchise tags, the average of the top five salaries as of a TBD date this coming April.) The transition tag is an average of the top 10.
